3pott confusion

I’m an exchange student here in sweden, and I accidentally bought 3pott instead if the 3fastpris that I usually get, and today my data is not working anymore and for me the app makes no sense and it is really confusing, is there a way to get more data, at least until my 3pott month ends?
And how do I know of my data really ended?

I agree that it can be a little bit confusing! No fear! I'm here to help! 🏃🏻

The 243 MB usage you see, is only the usage that has been done in December.

For example, if you purchased the voucher the 15th of November for 30 days, and look in the app the 4th of December, you will only see data usage from 1st - 4th of December.

However, if you tap the bubble regarding data, you will see exactly how much you have used on your current active voucher.
