To whom it may concern,

 

I will have to take this in English, I hope it is not a problem.

 

I have been your customer for more then 5 years, and I have not changed anything from my bank, but it seems like the direct debit I have set up with you is now not working anymore, and I had to pay from a different bank today since I had my phone deactivated. Can you please let me know what has gone wrong, since I had no communication about this?

can you check with your bank to see if the agreement is still active? 


No I do not have access to that bank account anymore since I lost my bank ID and I have now move abroad there is no way for me to retrieve it. 


anyway I made the payment yesterday, but I still have no network today!


Try restarting your phone and it should work! Also check you have E-invoice or automatic withdrawal through autogiro. If you have E-invoice you have to manually approve the invoice for it to be paid. Otherwise nothing will be withdrawn.

I suggest you somehow contact your bank to look into this.

I also restarted my phone like you suggested but I still have no network!
