I have tried to install eSIM in my iPhone-11 it didnot work; then I went to Mitt3 and activated the SIM-kort nummer but it still didnot work. Then I removed the eSIM from my iPhone 11. When I tried to add eSIM again I got below message 

Mobilabonnmang kan inte läggas till, den här koden är inte längre giltig, kontakta operatören för mer information.

Do I need to order eSIM kod again?

This eSIM is for my 3Kontakt and ordered manually via customer service.

yes. Try to order the eSIM again. You can only use the QR-code one time.


Hi, when I try to order esim, it is saying “Oops something went wrong. Please try again later”. Has anyone faced this issue before?

There is an ungoing error regarding eSIM via Mitt3. It’s currently under investigation, and I hope that it’s fixed soon!
Meanwhile, you can visit a 3Store, or contact our customer support to order an eSIM :grin:


Can the customer care guys give an instant esim?


@ymchandra I’m afraid not. A QR-code will be sent home to you, so that you can activate the eSIM in your phone :blush:
