How do I create eSIM for my 3kontant? My 3kontant nummer is registered with my personal number ; when I go to MItt3 there is no option to order/create eSIM; however I see eSIM option for my postpaid number.

When I install eSIM then what happen to my physical SIM; can I go back to my physical SIM? Or it is deactivated?

When you activate the eSIM your physical SIM will be deactivated.
