Hej. With Televisera help i moving number from Halebob to Tre. Nummer movement should occur on 3rd of December 2023. So abonemang start and faktura should start from that date. But i already received faktura. Previously i called to Televisera and Tre support regarding wrong number transfer. In Tre i got confirmation that in portal i c temporary numbers.
So why i received faktura already for 10 in October if i will start using Tre only from 3rd od December? Televisera had to write correct movement dates, because this date was given to them and they asured me that number ‘flyt’ and everything with Tre will start from that date.
