Hi ! I have been costumer here for 8 years !and now I have been traveling in South America 3 months .. when I land from Panama to Colombia I revived a sms from 3 that I can use everything normal and free as in Sweden so I made a call to my bank in Sweden . Right away I got sms that I have been charged 650 sek ! So I talked to agent online and he told me it was mistake and he fixed it and yes every thing is free ( I have screen shot of conversation) so I revive a call from my bank so they charged me 350 sek ! So I did contact again with email .. I talk to agent very rude that he basically told me .. you used it and you pay for it ! 
keep in mind for so many years I have option to block my phone over 100 sek if I use anything over my contrAct .. 

with so many back and forward with rude agent he told me .. you are lying basically and you changed your setting afterwards ! It’s so so painful and makes me so mad because I know none of them it’s true ! So if anyone has any idea let me know !
