Hello! 

I made a new subscription with the request to transfer my existing number. According to your employee it should happen, seems to have been activated with a new number. Should I expect the change to take place in the following days or does it require any additional actions for that?

a number transfer usually takes place within 3-5 business days. You should have gotten a text message to your old number (the number you want to move) with a transfer date, or information on why the transfer was not possible to arrange right now. Did you get that?
