Hi,
1. My number recently transferred from company to me (I have Överlåtelser document created by company that confirms it).
2. Now someone at Tre put 3 (three) year contract on me WITHOUT my consent,
3. I want to move this number to new company corporate plan, but not able to do it while Bindningstid is active.
Please contact me.
Why Bindningstid wihout my consent.

Since you cannot have a business plan as a private customer, you’re given a plan made for private customers. If I'm not wrong, it’s the 5GB-plan you’ll be assigned. This is also stated on the form you use when transferring the plan.
Regarding the binding period; usually a binding period is applied to an agreement when the customer, in this case the company, bought discounted hardware. Hardware can be a phone, tablet or something similar. A binding period can also be applied when there are other discounts for the customer. The company might have ordered, let’s say, five subscriptions and received a discount with the term that they have a binding period for three years. Since the discounts for the hardware or other plans are kept, the binding period is kept on the plan.
Why is it like this then? When doing a regular “Överlåtelse” (transfer of the plan), everything is transferred - the number and a subscription. Since the terms of the binding period are connected to the subscription and not the customer, it is also transferred. Sadly, possible discounts are not transferred since they usually are customer-specific - and if there’s hardware purchased with partial payment it’s not transferred either.
If you only want to keep the number, the company would have needed to buy a new number for the existing plan and transfer your number to a new plan which then could've been transferred to you. It is not possible to only transfer a number - it needs to be connected to a plan.
