Hello I am having problems the speed drops from 8 o'clock in the morning to 4 Mbits and at night at 1 o'clock it's coming back to 40mbits .

I have a computer running who is logging every 5 minutes the speed and there is a big Gap at day time, the speed is 10x!!!!! slower at day time, i do this logging from last Christmas and can conclude that the capacity is to low in my surrounding .

 

Please can you upgrade our service mast.

Sad to hear that the surf is unstable for you.
What you need to do is contact customer service, and they will review the case and what could be the cause and possibly a solution.
