Invoice number is higher than normal

Hi,

I hope this message finds you well. I recently received my invoice for January 2024 and noticed a charge of 87.85 SEK for the Apple One subscription. I initially had a three-month free trial, which I canceled before the trial period ended. However, I am uncertain why I am being billed for the subscription.

Could you please investigate this matter and provide clarification on the charges? I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and look forward to resolving it as soon as possible.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience. From the screengrab you provided, it looks to me as if the Apple One service haven’t been terminated yet. Did you do it yourself via Mitt3
