I will have to take this in English, I hope it is not a problem.
I have been your customer for more then 5 years, and I have not changed anything from my bank, but it seems like the direct debit I have set up with you is now not working anymore, and I had to pay from a different bank today since I had my phone deactivated. Can you please let me know what has gone wrong, since I had no communication about this?
