The internet on wifi connection is not working on Samsung phones in household. I have tried to reset network settings on the phone.

As a result we have to switch on mobile data and mobile data is getting finished before end of month.

Please suggest me a solution or send me a different model of modem or cancel the contract in worst condition.

  • Have you always had this problem with the WiFi?
  • Do you have the WiFi solution with us?
  • Is it only with your phone, or with other phones that gets this problem?

I have broadband with two sims

There are 2 samsung phones that are having problems

  • I understand that the broadband is from us?
  • What router are you using?
  • Have you tried with other phones(iPhone for example)?


I recommend to first off do a reset of your router

  1. there should be a reset button at the back of the router, often a hole that you’ll need to use a needle or a pen to press.
  2. Hold down the button for 15 seconds or until the lights start flashing.
  3. After the lights are stable, turn the router off and on.


Try to connect your phone to the router again. Please come back to this topic if it still doesn’t work!
