From what I understand, you are currently abroad and, while on a hike, you received a message saying you were using the internet on a plane?
Were you possibly hiking in the mountains? It seems like your phone may have connected to a satellite. This doesn’t necessarily mean you were on a plane, but rather that you weren’t close enough to a regular tower for your phone to use standard roaming.
If that’s the case, the reason you can’t use data is most likely due to your cost control settings. To regain access to mobile data, you need to increase the limit for your cost control:
- Log in to Mitt3
- Click on your subscription
- Click on Abonnemangsdetaljer / Subscription details
- Under Kostnadskontroll / Cost-control, change the limit for Tak dataroaming
To prevent this from happening again, activate airplane mode, or deactivate mobile data, if / when hiking in the same area
