Hello! I bought a 259kr yesterday. And it does not work properly. It just comes and goes and it takes ages to manage to see a webpage. To see the tre.se site took me forever. So my question is how to cancel this as obviously I won’t use it. I am using internet wifi from restaurants etc.

Have you tried using another service provider in USA? If you are using AT&T right now, you can try with T-Mobil instead - and vice versa. Does this work for you?
