Hi I am a new costumer to you and unfortunately I flushed my simcard, I know really clumpsy. But now I am in need of an new one. Your website tells me to call you at tre, which is kind of impossible without an simcard. What to do?

No worries, if you have a newer phone like iPhone XS (or later) or Samsung S20, you can actually download and activate eSIM directly from Mitt3. If you need a regular Simcard sent to you, it is possible to order it via Mitt3 as well.
Otherwise, it is also possible to get a new sim card via our 3Stores.
I can't find where in Mitt3 i can order a new simcard to get send home.
