I had my mobilnr.  First over my sisters contract with tre. Now i took it over in an own contract, but in “mitt tre" is no abbonement registered and no avtal. Also i cannot open and read the överlåtelse contract,  which is laid there. Every programm says the fileending is wrong.

Contacting the service they ask for the last avtal and the abbonemang, which i don’t have in mitt tre. Only standardmails, no help from the service.

What should i do to get information about if the överlåtelse worked? The nr. still works, that is the only good thing.

Mitt3 is currently under maintenance - perhaps that is the reason why you cannot see any information there. 🤔
 

I have some questions that I would appreciate you answering, so that we can get to the bottom of this 😉

  1. How long ago was it since you started the transfer (överlåtelse)?
  2. Did you do it digitally via Tre.se, or did you sign a physical paper?
  3. Have you got the confirmation that the transfer was successful, and that it has been completed?
