Urgent termination of contract- Not able to call- I am not in Sweden anymore

My name is Rohan and I want to terminate my contract. I left Sweden and I am not able to call to the number for termination of contract. Please cancel my contract and send the final invoice to my email. As I am not living at the address in Sweden. I have tried many times to call and even emailed you but no response from the customer service. Please cancel my contract, it is very urgent.

Sorry to hear about this! Unfortunately, we’re not able to terminate your contract from here since this is a public community.

You’ve tried calling, but it doesn’t work – keep in mind you have to call our customer service during opening hours: Mon–Fri 9–18 (CEST). If it still doesn’t work, do you get any message telling you why the call wasn’t completed?

You’ve also tried emailing us but haven’t yet received a reply. How long ago did you email us?
