I was told that my account was available to surf in EU countries that includes Turkey. I have been to Turkey during last July and then I received last faktura 589 kr is higher than normal.
Could you please kindly check my case and inform me about the reason of this high cost.

Turkey is not part of EU, but if you have 3Världen in your mobile plan then Turkey should be included. If that is not the case you need to contact 3Kundservice.
