I missed that I have an autogiro payment scheduled and paid my Faktura directly from my bank account last week. Today, I see in my bank statement that the autogiro went through and it seems as I have made a double payment accidentally. Will this money be taken into account for next month’s payment? or can I get a refund?

The double payment will automatically be placed towards your next invoice. You can also apply for a refund through 3Kundservice, but that is process that takes several weeks. It is probably easier to not do anything at all and instead enjoy an invoice with an amount around zero next month.
