Hi

i want to find my invoice but it’s unsuccessful. How can I find it ? Now I can’t use my mobile bank id . So it’s really difficult for me

As @Qwirks wrote, you can find your invoice if you log in to Mitt3. Since you don’t have Bank-ID currently you need to register an Email-account. Follow these steps to create an Email-account:

Go to Mitt3
Click on “Email”
Click on “Registrera ny användare” or “Register new user”
Follow the steps and fill in the required information
After this, a letter will be sent to your registered home adress, containing the information you need to log in

Worth noting is that it might take a few days before you receive the letter.

If you need to be able to pay your invoice as soon as possible, you can contact our customer service by clicking here.
