Hej!

i pay 1 faktura 2 times I want to apply for refund. Please give me information how I could apply for a refund???

My guess is that  you contact Support  for help. But if there is no chance of refund the amount that was drawn will transfer to next invoice. So next month you can forget the invoice completely is my experience.
