do you get any error message when you try to sign up for e-invoice? If you signed up for it during March, the first e-invoice will be sent to your bank the next month, in this case April. Might this be the case? If not, have you contacted your bank to see if they can see why it doesn’t work?
To be able to have e-invoice it’ll need to be the same person that is the subscriber with Three and owner of the bank account.
You can of course also apply for direct debit (autogiro) and also to chose to pay by credit or debit card. Direct debit also requires that it is the same owner of the bank account and the subscriber with Three. You can sign up for this using your internet banking application/website or by signing in to Mitt3 with Mobile Bank ID. To pay by debit or credit card it does not need to be the same owner of the card as the owner of the subscriptions with Three.
You can change your payment method like this:
- Sign in to Mitt3 with Mobilt Bank ID
- Go to “Inställningar”, top right corner on a computer
- Under the headline “Fakturainställningar” select “Betalmetod”
- Select your preferred payment method and follow the instructions on screen.
