Motorola NEO 50

I bought in March Motorola NEO 50 with earbuds next to it. However still NO EARBUDS have ARRIVED !

I bought this phone for this earbuds. 

I have made my claim in Moto Deals. I get a confirmation mail. I asked about the status they say its coming however still nothing ! IT has been more than 6 weeks !

This was the worst campaign ever !  If you cant send me the earbuds I do not want this phone please take it back !

Support says it is not our campaign you should contact Motorola. Motorola confirms they are coming since 6 weeks. TRE doesnt get any responsibility. However I pay and I bough this product from TRE. I wont buy anything again here still waiting and no any answer. NO contact number for motodeals neither. Worst campaign ever.

Can you please help and send me my earbuds

I had a friend who bought a Samsung photo be with a deal of headphones. The thing then was Samsung never sent the headphones until a year later. 

 

Check with Motorola again, they should hold up their end. 

Of you are working you return-window you should otherwise be able to return you products with TRE.

Sorry to hear about this, I understand that this is frustrating. As you have been informed, Motorola are responsible for sending you your earbuds. Six weeks is a very long time, and in your position I’d be just as frustrated. That being said, I recommend you to try and call Motorola: +46850635705. You should be able to reach them between 09.00-17.00.

Please do get back to us when you’ve spoken to them!

I call them this number you given me it doesn`t work . Why nobody helps me can somebody just reach them for me ?
