I bought a phone from you. Now it gets very hot and the battery doesn't hold up normally. It's constantly hot. Even if it's just lying around doing nothing. Can I take it to a repair shop or replace it with another one?
What phone is it?
Have it been damaged or anything?
How long ago was this, hopefully its under warranty.
Weird question is, have you tried to reset it? Sometimes that actually helps.
If that doesn't work.
My tip would be to contact Customer service and see how they can help. If its a Google phone, then you might need to contact Google directly to get a service ticket going.
