I owned an iPhone XS 2yrs ago from Tre and im unable to use other sim card on this phone. How do i go about unblock the phone so i can use a different sim card on it?

if the phone is purchased after 4 September 2018 it should not be locked. Since the phone was launched after this date it should not be locked. You can check this yourself, go to Settings → General → About and look for “Network Provider Lock” - what does it say there?
What kind of error message do you get when you try to use a SIM-card from another carrier in the phone?
