mobile data not working at all

just to double check - have you tried to restart your phone to see if it helps? Also, please check so Mobile Data is activated in the settings. Does this problem occur on different physical places? 

If you use up your included data allowance for a month you will need to actively purchase more data. If you do not do that, you will not be able to use mobile data until next month. If you reach the data limit you should get a text message that informs you of that where you’ll also get information om how to buy more data.

I am in India and my mobile data is not working at all, roaming is activated and everything is okay but the mobile data is not working, i have been told that i will b able to use it in India but it is not working, kindly help. I need mobile data urgently
