mobile network not working

Hello,

I receive problem with my mobile network. I often get ! This next to the sim card at the top and internet stops working. It comes back after resetting sim card which takes time. Any ideas?

Which phone? Which symbol? Can you include a screenshot?

It is oneplus 7T and symbol is "!". I don't have screenshot.

Ok, that means “limited acces to network”. Is mobile data on? Does your plan have data left?

Yes it is on and I have unlimited data. When this comes up I have to restart sim card otherwise it does not work at all.

Seems like a faulty sim-card then. Try cleaning it and maybe order a new.

@Eimantas Butkus Do you have two SIM-slots? Try to change the slot and see if it works better.
