Jag tror det är bra att ha 3Svar av-aktiverat när man är utomlands överlag .Hittade ingen prislista specifikt vad det kan kosta , men tror det kan bli en större summa väldigt lätt. Så jag tror att det kommer kosta , både för den som ringer . Men även den som tar emot .
3Svar är inte som med 3Världen , att USA ingår utöver EU/EES länder . Att man kan surfa så som man gör hemma , men med en viss begränsad surfpott & tid.
Kostar det att använda 3Svar i utlandet?
Inom EU/EES och 3Världen är tjänsten kostnadsfri. I övriga länder debiteras både ett inkommande och utgående samtal som är lika långt som det inspelade meddelandet enligt landets samtalspriser.
Så jag skulle nog hålla det avstängt vid utlandsvistelse , oavsett land .

nej - om du har ett abonnemang med 3Världen och befinner dig ett av dessa länder (exempelvis USA) kan du ha 3Svar aktiverat utan att det kostar extra om någon lämnar ett meddelande.
Har du ett abonnemang utan 3Världen kostar det enligt aktuell prislista.

Try to Change operator in settings to se if it works then . You also need roaming active .

can you please explain a bit more what's not working? Do you get cellular service at all, or does it say No Service or SOS? Which phone model do you have? Is it only the data traffic that does not work, or is it everything that gives you an error message?
Could you also please try to reset your network settings. A bit depending on what phone manufacturer you have the exact place where this is done varies, but it's usually under Settings → General → Reset. Doing this will also remove all saved WiFi-networks, but it usually solves a lot of network issues.

I am working in New York this week. The only network with bars and 4g is AT&T and nothing works. I have an iPhone 11. I can’t even call tre to get help with serviceb
How do I contact tre when I’m not in the country and my phone has no connectivity. Is there an email address or anything?

Thanks a for your help. My phone is working now. They shut it off while in the Caribbean
