Hi!! I'm traveling in the UK for the next week or so, and from everything I've read online, my plan should allow me to use my service as usual, but I can't get it working. Do I need to have roaming on? Will that cause extra charges to my account?

Yes, you need to have data roaming on. If you have 3Världen in your plan there should be no extra charges.

The UK is included in the same roaming agreement as EU and EEA countries, which means you can use your subscription free of charge 🙂
