Termination of contract

My name is Rohan and I want to terminate my contract. I left Sweden and I am not able to call to the number for termination of contract. Please cancel my contract and send the final invoice to my email. As I am not living at the address in Sweden. I have tried many times to call and even emailed you but no response from the customer service. Please cancel my contract, it is very urgent. Please do not send me messages from BOT. The number you provide, I am unable to call that number. Please cancel subscription urgently.

It’s recommended to call to cancel your subscription, if you want to call from abroad you can call +46-735 300 344 during the opening hours, mon-fri 9-18 (CEST). The reason you’d need to call is so that they can verify that you are the customer with Bank ID or security questions.
