Two months ago, I started having problems with my Wi-Fi connection. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t work at all. Of course, the bills are paid on time, so this shouldn’t be happening. I contacted support earlier, and they advised me to move the router closer to the window and restart it there. I did that, but it didn’t help, so I don’t know what else could be causing the issue.
