I think my 5G router is crap or broken, but what ever it is it is unusable, first it was setup and it has always been freezing and constantly need to be restarted, the WIFI router has never worked properly and I ended by using my own WIFI router.

I have have update the frameware 

I have tried to move it to another place, 

I have give up on it,   

It is an Zyxel NR7103

The app does not work to be able to restart the router.

If you experience problems with your router, it is a good idea to contact customer service. Then they can check whether it could be a hardware error or something else.

What kind of firmware have you updated? That router/receiver updates itself. And if you upload other software, it can affect or break the router.

Did you mount the router yourself or was it the company that 3 hires? Smartify e.g.
