Hi,

I have been charged an extra 10GB every month eventhough I am not exceeding the 20GB I have in my subscription.

The invoice is attached.

Yes, we do have email support, but they do not handle inquiries regarding specific invoices.

If you chat with our AI chatbot, it will transfer you to a live agent who can assist you, if needed 🙂
