Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have got an "abonnemang" which charges me totally for 69 kr per a month.
It must be charging me 0.69 kr for each converstion per a minute, and
0.69 kr for each SMS or MMS.
This abonnemang of mine has started from 7th July.
From 7th July to 20th July (today), I had:
1) total conversations for 13 minutes (13 * 0.69 kr = 8.97 kr)
2) totally 3 SMSs (3 * 0.69 = 2.07)
when I add these two together it will be 11.04 kr (8.97 + 2.07 = 11.04 kr).
So, I must be charged for 11.04 kr for my abnomang (which started from 7th July).
However, what I am charged till now is 25.68 kr which is two times more than what I must be charged!
Case 1 ) my charge must be started from 7th July and I must be charged for 11.04 kr (according to my abonnemang)
Case 2) If my charge has started from 1sth July, I must be charged for 41.4 kr.
At both cases, I am charged for a wrong price!
And according to my abonnemang, case 1 is the right case and I must be charged for 11.04 kr till today.
I have called Tre, but unfortunately I received no help and no right information!
Would you please supervise this problem and let me know what the issue is? I am a client of Tre and I think this is not fair toward me.
Briefly: My abonnemang started from 7th July, from 7th July till now I had 13 minutes samtal and 3 messages which totally will be 11.04 kr, WHILE I am charged for 25.68 kr which is two times more than what it must be!
Respectfully, look forward to hearing from you, since I do not have so much time left to answer if I would like to stay at this abonnemang or not, and I am a student, so I cannot afford paying extra wrong money.
