Hi
I have not received my invoice for the month of may. I tried calling tre, but did not receive an answer. When I try to go in my “my3” I get error, that there is internal server error.

At the moment i see its a error “ Internal Server Error  “ when trying to login at : https://www.tre.se/        → Logga in → BankID or E-mail. So maybee its a good idea of waiting and se later if it works correctly.

 

Otherwise you can also try with “Mitt3 App” for iPhone / Android . Then you also can see your invoice and pay it .

A tip is to apply for Autogiro or E-invoice. That way you avoid a paper invoice and its fee every month. For which you can do a lot of other fun things instead.
