Do not receive short messages from Romanian numbers

Hello, my Romanian bank sends me SMSs with authorisation codes, but they do not reach me. The bank has done everything they could at their end, resetting everything, please have a look at Tre side as well. Many thanks!

To make sure we investigate everything possible, I’d recommend that you contact our customer service. They can help you report the issue so that our technical department has the opportunity to look into what’s going on. It’s not certain that they’ll find anything, but I definitely think it’s worth reporting it, as they might be able to identify the problem 🙂

it’s the senders carrier that needs to make an report and investigate why it doesn't work.

Have it worked before?

Hi,

Thanks for taking the time.

My bank has asked the carrier and they have done it multiple times. It’s a problem that’s been going on for months now.

Last time it worked was March 2nd, at 07:04
