I have abonnemang 3surfa 25GB (digned up for it in September 2018). Does it mean that I should have an access to 3världen? If so, how to activate it? If not, how to pitchade it as an extra?

If you cannot see the "3Världen" under "Tjänster" on your invoice, this means that you do not have the service today. You can very easily add it, just contact our customer service and they will help you to activate 3Världen without extra cost.
