My salesman said i allready have auto gero when i sighned the contract? I want faktura sent to my email some days/weeks before the Auto giro

I have auto giro allready when i sighned the contract,I need a faktura 2 weeks or some days in my email before the money is deducted ,and what day of month wil you deduct money from my acct auto giro?

    @Boldbob Hey,

     

    when you have direct debit (autogiro in Swedish) the money is deducted from your account on the payment date on the invoice. 

    To view your invoice, you can log in to Mitt3 on tre.se in the beginning of the month to see your invoice and what about that will be deducted. On the invoice the date of payment is also shown. 

    As of today Tre does not offer to get the invoice on your email. The easiest way is to log in to Mitt3. Would that work for you?
