Newly bought Airpod having scratch Hi,I purchased Apple AirPods from Tre on November 28, 2024, with the serial number SDFMQ6XL69D. The very next day, I noticed an issue with the right AirPod, which I reported and submitted to the Tre store for resolution on November 30, 2024.On December 9, 2024 I received a call from one of the agents to discuss the problem. During the conversation, the agent acknowledged the issue and informed me that a new pair of AirPods would be provided as a replacement.However, when I visited the Tre store yesterday, I was handed back the same set of AirPods without any resolution to the reported problem.Does some one has encountered a similar issue and how to get it resolved.
